Industrial Land Package for Monticello Business Center • Land Price: $1.00 per square foot (10,000 sq. ft. minimum buidling) • No assessments (2005 improvements) • No sanitary sewer trunk, storm sewer trunk, or water trunk fees • One-stop land package negotiations • Up to 2% below-prime interest rate loan (a secondary source of   funding for real estate development and machinary & equipment) • Additional sources of financing also available For qualifying business and subject to change.
